Terms of Service

axilles is operated by FANSNOW SINGLE MEMBER S.A. (trading as Kodira), K. Kartali 64–68, 38221 Volos, Greece, Registration Number 167050444000, VAT EL801958838. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

axilles is a platform that lets you submit a question to multiple AI models simultaneously and watch them debate the question across one or more rounds, followed by a neutral AI mediator's synthesis. The platform also offers a free tier, paid subscriptions, custom AI agents, public sharing of debate results, and a credit-based billing model.

Outputs are produced by third-party AI models. They may contain inaccuracies, biased framings, or fabricated information. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and must not be used as a substitute for it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use axilles. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or designed to facilitate violence or self-harm
• attempt to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts from third-party AI providers via the platform
• attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, or moderation systems
• scrape, crawl, or programmatically download debates other than through public APIs we provide
• use the service to build a competing AI debate platform

Question inputs are screened by an automated content moderation filter before any debate starts. Submissions flagged for hate, violence, sexual content involving minors, self-harm, or illegal activity are rejected without charging credits.

Users may report individual debates or messages they consider inappropriate using the in-product Report button. Reports are reviewed by our staff. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

axilles offers a Free plan with a monthly credit allowance, paid Pro and Power subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe, and an Enterprise plan negotiated separately. Each debate consumes credits based on the AI models selected and the number of rounds. Credit prices and subscription tiers are listed at axilles.app/pricing and may change with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers.

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless the plan explicitly states otherwise.

If a debate fails entirely (all participating AI models fail to respond and no fallback succeeds), the credits charged for that debate are refunded automatically to your account.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by sending an email to legal@axilles.app. By starting a debate during the withdrawal period you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

The axilles platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is the property of FANSNOW SINGLE MEMBER S.A.

You retain ownership of the questions you submit. By submitting a question, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process the question through the AI providers you selected, store the resulting debate, and (if you mark the debate public or unlisted) make it accessible via a sharable link.

AI-generated outputs are produced by third parties. Their copyright status varies by jurisdiction; in most jurisdictions raw model outputs are not copyrightable. We do not claim copyright in the model outputs themselves.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-product billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until then. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, for fraudulent payment activity, or for non-payment of fees.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content. Mandatory consumer warranty rights under Greek and EU law remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FANSNOW SINGLE MEMBER S.A., its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Volos, Greece, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
